Admission Test for Summer 2026 Semester Held at Southeast University

Southeast University held Admission Test for the Summer Semester on April 26, 2026. Approximately 1,100 students participated in the exam for admission into undergraduate programs across four schools of the university. 

Candidates seeking admission into various programs under the School of Business Studies, School of Engineering, School of Arts and Social Sciences, and School of Information Technology first appeared for a written test. Students who pass the written exam will be selected for admission following a viva voce.

Parents and guardians also accompanied the students to the campus on this day. They expressed their admiration for the campus environment.

Speaking about the admission test, the Honorable Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, stated, "Southeast University is one of the leading higher educational institutions in the country, ensuring practical and skill-based education for students through modern facilities and contemporary curricula." He added that the students who pass the admission test will develop their intellect, expertise, soft skills, and other human qualities through dedication and hard work over their four years of study. "This will not only help build their personal careers but will also make them capable of making significant contributions to the overall development of the country," he remarked.

Pro-Vice Chancellor of Southeast University Prof. Dr. M. Mofazzal Hossain, Registrar Major General Md. Anwarul Islam (Retd.), and the Deans of the faculties visited the examination centers and inquired about the students.
