PhD Achievement: Hasan Saimum Wahab

Mr. Hasan Saimum Wahab has recently received a PhD degree from the esteemed Putra Business School of University Putra Malaysia (UPM). 

His doctoral research, titled: “Influence of Soft Skills, Technological Skills, Subjective Knowledge, University Reputation, and Emotional Intelligence on Graduate Employability in Bangladesh.”

Mr. Wahab is working as an Assistant Director, Graduate Studies, Research, and Industrial Relations (GSRIR), of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB).

He is one of the advisors of Private University Public Relations Officers Association (PUPROA).
His research explores key factors that shape employment outcomes for university graduates, offering valuable insights for both academic policy and industry engagement in Bangladesh.
