Skin’O Business Intelligence held at UIU 

UIU HR Forum a wing of Directorate of Career Counseling & Student Affairs (DCCSA), United International University (UIU) organized an intra-university business case competition titled The Beauty Science Presents - “Skin'O Business Intelligence”. The Grand Finale of the competition was held yesterday at UIU Campus.

The Skin'O Business Intelligence Competition is organized for students interested in business and entrepreneurship. The different teams are presenting their innovative business ideas and solutions in the competition. In the initial stage, a total of 159 teams participated in the competition through online registration. After a rigorous selection process spanning multiple stages of the competition, the top 10 teams were qualified as the finalists.

Mr. Al Jaber Faisal, Founder & CFO and Mr. Newas Sarif Nasim, Head of Business Development of Chardike Limited were present as the Special Guests in the Grand Finale of the competition. The welcome address was delivered by Mr. Nahid Hassan, Director, DCCSA of UIU. The judging panel for the Grand Finale of ‘Skin'O Business Intelligence’ included: Prof. Dr. Salma Karim, Director- BBA Program, School of Business & Economics, UIU, Mr. Ileush Mirza Muhammad, Founder & Managing Director of Brand Practitioners Bangladesh, Mr. Palash Mahbub, Writer & Journalist and Editor of Bangla Telegraph and Mr. Arifur Rahman, National Trade Marketing Manager of Abul Khair Steel.

In the grand finale of the competition, the finalist teams presented their business challenges and skills to become champions. The champion team is ‘Team Without A Name’, the first runner-up is ‘Durbin’ team and the second runner-up team is ‘Cat-A-Lyst’ in the competition. The guests handed over a cheque of 25,000 taka to the champion team, 15,000 taka to the first runner-up team and 10,000 taka to the second runner-up team.

The faculty members, students, officials, industry experts and other distinguished guests were present in the program.
