SEU CSE Students Become Champions

Students from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Southeast University achieved remarkable success at the Techathon Nationals & Rover Summit 2026, organized by the IUT Robotics Society, by securing championship titles in two prestigious competition segments.

Team 2R.JS emerged as the Champion of the Hackathon Segment. The winning team consisted of Ferdous Hasan Rahid (CSE 64), Rukaiya Sultana (CSE 64), Jihadul Islam (CSE 64), and Sanzida Islam (CSE 64).

In the Poster Presentation Segment, Team The Outliers also secured the Champion title. The team consisted of Abdullah Rahman (CSE 62), Sanzida Islam (CSE 64), and Rukaiya Sultana (CSE 64).

Competing against talented participants from universities across Bangladesh, the Southeast University teams demonstrated outstanding technical expertise, innovative thinking, research capability, and effective teamwork to secure the top positions in their respective categories.

These remarkable accomplishments reflect the quality of education, research-oriented learning environment, and commitment to innovation fostered by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Southeast University.
